GYY is ideal for you if you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor and/or would feel more comfortable practising yoga from a chair. This allows everyone to participate safely at their own level and enjoy their yoga.
After your taster, you’re welcome to join the current GYY course or wait until the next course starts.
